Mother's and experts plead for oversight of New York's prison system

Correction experts and mothers of inmates do not agree with the way some prisons are being run. They're concerned about abuse, and neglect. "Citing cases where mentally ill inmates were abused, improperly isolated in solitary confinement and for one killed by guards. Action needs to be taken to fix this problem because it is not right and the inmates are not being treated fairly. They deserve justice.
